Sports & Physical Education

At our school, we believe that sports and physical activities are essential for the overall development of children. Along with academic excellence, we encourage students to actively participate in sports to build fitness, discipline, teamwork, and confidence.

Our Sports Activities

We provide a variety of age-appropriate sports and games for students from Standard I to VII, including:

  • Athletics (running, jumping, simple track events)
  • Football
  • Cricket (basic training)
  • Kho-Kho
  • Kabaddi
  • Throwball & Shuttle Badminton
  • Fun games for lower classes

These activities help children develop both physical strength and mental alertness.

Annual Sports Day

Our Annual Sports Meet is one of the most exciting events of the academic year. Students participate in:

  • Track & field events
  • House-wise competitions
  • Fun races for primary students
  • March past and drill display

This event promotes sportsmanship, unity, and healthy competition among students.

Focus on Primary Students

For younger children (Std I–III), we focus on:

  • Basic physical exercises
  • Fun and engaging games
  • Coordination and motor skill development

We ensure that sports are enjoyable and stress-free, helping children develop a love for physical activity.

Guidance & Training

Our teachers provide proper guidance and supervision during sports activities. Students are encouraged to:

  • Participate actively
  • Follow rules and discipline
  • Respect teammates and opponents
