Our school gives great importance to arts and cultural activities as part of the holistic development of students. We encourage every child to discover and express their talents in a creative and confident manner.
Our Cultural Programs
Students from Standard I to VII are given opportunities to participate in a variety of cultural activities such as:
- Drawing & Painting
- Clay Modelling & Craft Work
- Singing (Light Music & Group Songs)
- Dance (Folk & Classical basics)
- Recitation & Storytelling
- Drama & Skits
These activities help students develop creativity, imagination, and communication skills.
School Kalolsavam
We conduct an annual School Kalolsavam (Arts Festival) where students showcase their talents in different art forms. It includes:
- Stage performances
- Literary competitions
- Art exhibitions
- Group and individual events
This platform builds confidence, stage courage, and appreciation for arts.
Focus on Young Talents
For lower classes (Std I–III), special attention is given to:
- Simple drawing and colouring
- Action songs and rhymes
- Basic dance movements
- Fun-based creative activities
We ensure that every child participates and enjoys the learning process.
Guidance & Encouragement
Our teachers support and guide students in developing their artistic skills. We encourage:
- Participation in all programs
- Respect for different art forms
- Teamwork and cooperation
Talented students are also guided to participate in sub-district and district level competitions.
Promoting Kerala Culture
We take pride in promoting the rich cultural heritage of Kerala through:
- Traditional dance forms
- Folk songs and performances
